“Smart Dimensions in Shaping New Perspectives in Taiwan Industry” Product Launch & Press Conference at EMO 20172017-09-25 | Taiwan Machine Tools
Hannover–The Taiwan Product Launch at EMO Show 2017 will highlight the technological strengths of Taiwan’s metalworking and machine tool industries. To showcase an assortment of workpieces as well as smart manufacturing products and solutions from Taiwan, the conference will aim to enhance the local machining industry’s competitive edge, especially for the aerospace manufacturing sector.
The technology in being able to cut metal despite the variety of thickness and maintain high quality fine cutting is essential for the new generation of cutting technique. It is also pivotal for Taiwan, where the industry is eager in developing more shares of aviation manufacturing. Bystronic’s BySprint Fiber and Asia Machine’s CNC LASER CUTTING MACHINE might demonstrate these important technologies. On the other hand, filtration equipment from Uni magnetic, AIR-O-FILTER and Bao Yo Jei exemplify the key of green industry. As many machineries are adapting to become more energy-economic, filtration equipment can fundamentally increase recycling rate, reduce waste, and purify the environment of the shop floor, as well as the environment in general. As we lead you to the products of the green industry, why not unleash your imagination and exchange your thoughts in technology with the exhibitors when we see you in March? See you at the show! As the trend of manufacturing is moving toward to a more intelligent and efficient era, not merely the software and control system keeps advancing, but also the hardware, but the components and cutting tools are also renewing for greater purposes and goals in machining. Here is a brief review on some of the manufacturers who present outstanding products in the show. ISCAR TAIWAN’s high capacity cutting tools developed new grades and coatings for their tools for heat reduction and achieve longer lifespan for cutting tools. ZEN WU ZHENG SUN’s two types boring tools (for soft/hard materials) are in consistent to the demands in advanced manufacturing – which can accomplish more precise and delicate machining.
