Sales of HOTA INDUSTRIAL and KAFO leading figures in Industry 4.0 plant poised to kick-off in 2016, remain positive
During a recent interview with Shen Guo-Rong, chairman of HOTA INDUSTRIAL (和大) and its subsidiary KAO FONG MACHINERY (高鋒) reported by the Commercial Times on September 3rd, the Chairman exuded confidence that sales of his companies this year would remain stable.
Meanwhile, HOTA and KAFO are handing over the construction of the new plant in Chia-yi, which is scheduled to kickoff in Q1 2016. The plant will feature Industry 4.0 production line.
Despite the current economic turbulence, KAO FONG has performed wellposting 2.66% income growth in July, which outperformed exports in the Taiwan machine tool industry. Shen indicated that his company distinguishes itself from the other by being nimble-witted and ever prepared to meet various product demands in the automobile market.
HOTA plays a great part in global transmission system supply for automobiles and has its own brand “HARTECH” supplying gear machines. It has about 6,000 shipments of gear hobbing machines per year, that generate approximately 50 billion NTD.
Recently, HOTA announced that its distributors in both India and the US helped create 20% of orders for the company.
